May 15, 2014 – ECD continues to expand its business to support its growing customer base and today announced the addition of two new representative firms, as well as a relationship with a European-based calibration service.
Cope Assembly Products Southeast (SE) has been named the new representative for the United States’ Southeastern region, covering the states of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Owned and operated by knowledgeable industry professional Doug Eidle, who has nearly 25 years of practical electronics market experience, Cope Assembly aims to develop strong customer relationships and build awareness of ECD’s extensive product range.
“Without question, ECD’s M.O.L.E. technologies are synonymous with thermal profiling and are well-known throughout the electronics industry,” says Doug Eidle, Owner of Cope Assembly Products SE. “But, ECD is far more than the M.O.L.E.. With rich software platforms, advanced temperature and humidity monitoring systems and a host of process test pallets and accessories, ECD is the leader in robust measurement solutions. I look forward to building this awareness with customers in the Southeastern region.”
In the United Kingdom, ECD has named Kaisertech Group as its new representative and distributor. With a team of dedicated electronics industry professionals, Kaisertech will support ECD throughout the United Kingdom and prides itself of exceptional service, excellent customer relationships, in-depth industry knowledge and sales success. “We are excited about this new relationship with ECD, as we believe UK customers will see huge benefit in the company’s technologies,” explains David Sibley, Kaisertech Sales Director and Co-owner. “Our attention to customer service, ease of ordering, technical support and product knowledge combined with ECD’s winning products will definitely deliver a competitive edge to our customers.”
