The SelectiveRIDER™ is a measurement pallet designed to capture parameters around the selective solder process and collect machine data for repeatability.  It uses the SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold 2 thermal profiler as the data collection device, and a dedicated environment in MAP software for analysis and SPC.  It captures fountain height, fountain XY accuracy, fountain diameter, solder temperature, maximum preheat, Delta T at contact, Flux penetration, and Fluxer XY accuracy.  By utilizing M.O.L.E.® MAP software's built in SPC features tied to the SelectiveRIDER™ measures, it is easy to capture capability, repeatability, and to create control charts. After the SelectiveRIDER™ has completed the data collection, it is then connected to a PC and the data is uploaded into the M.O.L.E.® MAP software for analysis.
