| 1. “Standard” Calibration Service |
ECD will notify you via e-mail and/or fax message 1 month prior to calibration due date.
You package and ship your M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler to ECD.
Calibration includes:
- Certificate of calibration
- With equipment traceable to NIST listed
- Calibration data report
- ‘BEFORE’ and ‘AFTER’ data
- Calibration certification sticker
- Comprehensive Product Inspection
- Conduct functional test
- Confirm operation of all user interface buttons
- Replace clock battery
- Test all connectors
- Test main battery

- Express Service - Your M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler is calibrated and shipped the same day it is received
- No-charge for Minor repairs - up to $100.00 in repairs are covered automatically (may extend turn time if repair is required)

| 3. “Loaner” Calibration Service – When you can’t be without a profiler |
:Includes all the benefits of Standard, Plus…
- ECD notifies you via e-mail and/or fax message 1 month prior to calibration due date
- Delivery of Prepaid express shipping box to you with calibrated loaner M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler enclosed (same model as you own)
- Place your M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler to be calibrated in the enclosed pre-addressed and prepaid shipping box… and return to ECD
- No-charge for Minor repairs - up to $200.00 in repairs are covered automatically (may extend turn time if repair is required)
- You’ll receive your calibrated M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler within a few business days
- Simply put the loaner M.O.L.E. ® into the prepaid shipping box and return to ECD…
