Available for both new and previously purchased M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profilers in one year increments up to five years and in 3 lvels of coverage:

1. “Basic” Calibration Contract

ECD will notify you via e-mail and/or fax message 1 month prior to calibration due date. You package and ship your M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler to ECD.

Calibration includes:

Certificate of calibration
- With equipment traceable to NIST listed
Calibration data report
- ‘BEFORE’ and ‘AFTER’ data
Calibration certification sticker
Comprehensive Product Inspection
- Conduct functional test
- Confirm operation of all user interface buttons
- Replace clock battery
- Test all connectors
- Test main battery

2. “Express” Calibration Contract - When you need your profiler back ASAP

ECD notifies you via e-mail and/or fax message 1 month prior to calibration due date, along with…
Express Shipping – Prepaid:
- ECD-supplied prepaid shipping box is sent to you same day as reminder
- You simply return your M.O.L.E. ® profiler in the prepaid box to ECD
Express Service - Your M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler is calibrated and shipped the same day it is received
No-charge for Minor repairs - up to $100.00 in repairs are covered automatically (may extend turn time if repair is required)

3. “Premium” Calibration Contract – When you can’t be without a profiler

:Includes all the benefits of Basic, Plus…

ECD notifies you via e-mail and/or fax message 1 month prior to calibration due date
Delivery of Prepaid express shipping box to you with calibrated loaner M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler enclosed (same model as you own)
Place your M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler to be calibrated in the enclosed pre-addressed and prepaid shipping box… and return to ECD
No-charge for Minor repairs - up to $200.00 in repairs are covered automatically (may extend turn time if repair is required)
You’ll receive your calibrated M.O.L.E.® Thermal Profiler within a few business days
Simply put the loaner M.O.L.E. ® into the prepaid shipping box and return to ECD…
