PTP® VP-8 [中国简体]

PTP VP-8 Logo

The “PTP® VP-8” is a complete thermal profiling solution for the vapor phase solder process, using the award winning, M.O.L.E.® MAP software, in combination with the German-Engineered PTP® Vapor Phase profiler. This match-up provides all the power & analytics you will need to Characterize and Verify the key process parameters for your complex & disparate, or high-mass PCB assemblies.

Proponents of Vapor Phase solder offer two consistent themes:

  1. Vapor Phase facilitates more consistent thermal processing & potential for higher yields
  2. Profiling is still a necessity to ensure process control & provide customer documentation of proper process conditions, on what are potentially more elaborate PCB assemblies

FEATURES
  • The PTP® VP-8 profiling kit Includes everything you need to get started with vapor phase thermal profiling, including thermocouples and software
  • 8 Type K Industry Standard Mini T/C inputs
  • Minimal form factor: Width: 90mm (3.54in) Length: 100mm (3.94in) Height: 50mm (1.97in)
BENEFITS
  • No wasted runs from a profiler that is “not ready”
    • Keep an eye on critical data with 8 channels of real-time data feed; abort if necessary*
  • Long Life; Designed for the rigors of vapor phase profiling
  • Small and light weight to minimize impact/drain on vapor cloud
  • Quick Charge Lithium Ion battery
  • Quick and easy to use
  • Quick Instrument status: with the M.O.L.E.® Readiness indicators: core temperature and TC connectivity to eliminate wasted runs
*Vapor Phase soldering is often the process-of-choice for high-cost PCBs. This capability affords an opportunity to monitor the process and extract the PCB if anything should go awry in the process.
