MEGARIDER™

Maximizes Yields and Reduces Rework

The MEGARIDER™ family helps you to know more about the behavior of your oven. Use them to characterize for development, verify for production, or qualify pre-purchase. Equal masses across the width of the boards, permit PCB-like profiles that give insight into oven behavior that is not discernible using typical Golden Boards. Multiple sensors on similar masses, across the board (perpendicular to travel) also permit 3-D modeling of the oven’s thermal signature, using optional software services, only from ECD.

MEGARIDER™ U20PTP® - It's like an 'EKG' for your oven!! The Flagship of the Fleet for oven characterization, a full 20 channels of data collection for your reflow process enables you to KNOW the uniformity across the sweet spot of your oven. Sensors range from ambient air to 3 levels of increasing mass, and a belt-speed verification. 20 channels is a lot of data; get the maximum benefit from the MEGARIDER U20 by teaming it with a MEGAM.O.L.E.® 20 thermal profiler, or you can use it with your existing thermal profiler…by running it multiple passes. Sensors are: 3-Ambient; 3 rows of 5-across at 1.6mm, 3.2mm, 6.0mm & 2 additional for verifying belt speed. Connection points to your thermal profiler are male-Mini Connectors; high-temperature.

Pallet material is long-life*; designed to withstand thousands of passes through typical reflow conditions; eutectic or lead-free.
