M.O.L.E.® MAP software is the main engine for the all newM.O.L.E.® 20 thermal profiler, and an available upgrade for the work-horse SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold Profiler, flagship of the ECD fleet.
“MAP” stands for Machine (Reflow Oven), Assembly and Process (thermal profile desired for solder reflow). Our aim is to help Engineers optimize their Machine-Assembly-Process, and we know that time is money.M.O.L.E.® MAP software is designed to be Easy-to-Use, Flexible and Robust…no small undertaking.
Note: The M.O.L.E.® MAP software is designed to be used with the ECD MEGAM.O.L.E.® 20, V-M.O.L.E.® and SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold Thermal Profilers. The RF Option for the SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold requires the use of SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold SPC.
EASY-TO-USE: Our user modes and wizards will help you get started quickly, even if you are a beginner or an infrequent user. Two user modes "engineer" and "verify" allow for the simplifying of job functions. With 5 Wizards that model the most likely reflow work flows, you can get up and running in no time. These Wizards help you set up and display data easily.
Fresh Start: Starts a new data run by entering Machine, Assembly and Process information (MAP).
Tweak Existing: Start a new Data Run based upon an existing previous Data Run.
Create Target 10 Specification: Create a Target 10 specification file from an existing Data Run.
Download Data: Start a new profile by just downloading the M.O.L.E.® profiler.
Verify Process: Setup a M.O.L.E.® Profiler to verify a process by presetting the OK button.
