ECD INDATA Profiling System Offers Optional Real-Time RF Transmission of Data

ECD INDATA powder coat system profiling kits feature advanced SourceTRAK® analysis software and optional RF real time transmission of thermal data direct to your computer. Lets you and your customers watch actual cure temperature (at up to 6 locations) as the work-piece passes through your oven. ECD’s advanced SourceTRAK analysis software package is included as a standard feature with the two INDATA Curing Profiling Kits listed below.

SourceTRAK® software offers powder coaters the following analysis tools and options:

• Provides real time viewing of thermal data when RF transmitting option is utilized
• Allows the setting of audible alarms during RF transmission mode to alert operator to high/low/critical temperature ranges
• Includes a complete set of graphing tools: magnifier, slope analysis, peak temperature….simplifies data analysis and presentation
• Allows attachment of on screen notes for fast documentation of changes/updates specific to the cure cycle being run
• User can define 30 different heat zones for quick reference/retrieval of past cure cycle specifications for successfully completed jobs
• Provides cure profile predictions based on oven temperatures and conveyer speed, helps to speed and simplify overall initial oven setup
• Handy thermocouple location window clearly indicates thermocouple monitoring points
• Includes useful statistical analysis tools: standard deviation, min/max, average
• Overlay tool allows you to overlay two different profiles for easy comparison.
• Allows establishment of high/low tolerance bands for quick QC analysis & comparisons
• Handy file viewer allows quick location & retrieval of past cure profile records
• 3-D view enhances overall data analysis & presentation
