OvenRIDER® NL SPC System - The OvenRIDER® NL Profiles reflow oven capability, separating zonal temperatures from convection efficiency while verifying conveyor speed for a true picture of oven Lead-Free performance consistency. Built-In Statistical Process Control also makes OvenRIDER® a superior ‘First-Off’ tool compared to an overused ‘Golden Board’, with no thermocouples to attach. Ensuring oven capability for Lead-Free recipes is an important task, and OvenRIDER® NL is Lead-Free capable itself, with 30% more thermal capacity than the previous model and a low 0.8"/20.3mm clearance height above the chain conveyor. This kit includes the OvenRIDER® NL pallet in your choice of width, magnet kit and M.O.L.E.® MAP software. Note: For those who own or purchase a SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold Thermal Profiler (not included).
