OvenWatch on a Reflow Oven ECD is proud to introduce OvenWATCH, the newest member of our family of quality management tools for the automated solder process. OvenWATCH is designed to continuously monitor the quality of PCB assemblies as they pass through your reflow solder machines. Now OvenWATCH can provide you and your customers with the confidence of knowing that the quality of your PCB assemblies is being monitored 24 hours per day…..365 days per year.
  • Continuous 24-hr product quality monitoring
  • Dynamic board profile generation without attaching thermocouples
  • Automatic SPC Analysis and Alert Reporting
  • Archiving of the dynamic profile of each pcb processed
  • Remote alarm capability for off-site notification
  • Provides board-level dynamic profile traceability
  • Provides your customers with proof of your product quality

Reduce Costs
OvenWATCH allows one operator to manage multiple reflow ovens
OvenWATCH
reduces the need to profile as a separate operation
OvenWATCH reduces scrap rate and rework while increasing yields and production rates

Increased Process Control
OvenWATCH continuously monitors the quality of PCB assemblies passing through your reflow solder oven….24 hours a day….365 days a year
OvenWATCH creates a board-specific dynamic thermal profile without the need to connect thermocouple sensors
OvenWATCH automatically reports any out-of-specification problems & trends before PCB quality is negatively affected
OvenWATCH can provide your customers with the confidence of knowing that you are monitoring the quality of their products 24 hours per day

Improve Quality and Product Yield
OvenWATCH continuously monitors the process 24 hours a day
OvenWATCH automatically utilizes statistical process control (SPC) software to establish quality specifications & report out-of-control trends
OvenWATCH reports out-of-control trends by alarm lamp, e-mail, or page alert message

Improve Record keeping
OvenWATCH archives, for later review, the dynamic profile of each PCB assembly processed
OvenWATCH records all events that the machine and / or the assemblies experience
OvenWATCH's In & out board sensors and bar code reading system provide individual PCB assembly profile tracking
