MOLEscan is an easy-to-use, low cost, trailing thermocouple profiling system which can be used in your reflow oven or rework-station. MOLEscan is designed to capture and analyze component temperatures of your PCB assemblies as they pass through your reflow solder machines or rework process.

Dynamic Prediction Software

Prediction is frequently used to determine what impact changes in machine settings will have on the product being processed in the machine.

Since MOLEscan is powered from the computer, you get REAL TIME readings on your computer screen as the data is being transfered from the MOLE to the computer.

In addition the MOLEscan software has most of the features of our SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold SPC software built in including 3D modeling, slope, magnification and overlay of another profile.
