Ray Pearce

Ray Pearce, a twenty-seven-year industry veteran, has rejoined the company after several years of participating in other ventures. His current role as Sales Engineer with ECD provides customers with another team member who possesses knowledge and experience with both through-hole and SMT soldering processes, the quality control issues each present, and the challenge when the two are used in combination. In this current position, Pearce specializes in the quality assurance tools and software required to manage and control these and other conveyorized process heating applications.
